Dear Pigeon Community,
As of September 1, 2025, Pigeon Loans has officially transitioned into read-only mode. While the core of our platform has now sunset, we remain committed to ensuring all users have the necessary tools and guidance to responsibly manage their existing loan information.
Here’s a detailed breakdown of what this change means for your account, what features are no longer available, and what actions you can still take moving forward.
Services No Longer Available
The following services and features have been fully disabled on the Pigeon platform:
- All pending loans have been closed and marked as Inactive
- All Premium Loan monthly subscriptions have been halted
- All AutoPay schedules have been stopped
- While Active loans still exist, Pigeon will no longer send outbound communication to any party in the loan (e.g., no more payment reminders, no status updates)
- Reward withdrawals using Pigeon Points have been removed
- Referrals for new signups have been removed
- You cannot create new loans
- You cannot make new one-time payments
- You cannot update account information such as name, email, or password
- You cannot add new payment methods to your account
Services Still Available
Although our platform is now read-only, the following features remain available to you:
- Log in and view your account details
- Delete your account (if you have no active loans)
- Manually close any active loans still existing on your profile
- Remove payment methods currently linked to your account
- Export your loan data and payment history (Coming Soon)
- Access a detailed offboarding guide for managing loans post-Pigeon (Coming Soon)
What’s Next?
In the coming days, we will release:
- A data export tool so you can download your full loan history for recordkeeping
- A step-by-step guide on how to manage your existing loan independently, outside of the Pigeon platform
These tools will be available directly within your logged-in dashboard under the new Export Your Data functionality in your account.
