How can I change my account details?

Changing your account information is very simple.

We allow you to change details about your account such as:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Password
  • Bank Account(s) on File
  • Demographic Information

To change these details or delete your account, navigate to your Profile and find the Account Settings section of your dashboard. Once in your Account Settings, feel free to change any details you desire.

If you need to change payment information, such as your cards or bank accounts on file, you can do so by clicking the Banking or Payout Settings tab located on the left-hand sidebar of your Profile page.

In the event that you wish to delete your Pigeon account, you can do so by logging in and navigating to the Account Settings tab. Before deleting your account, please ensure that any active loans have either been paid back in full or cancelled via a mutual agreement with the Lender or Borrower.
