What if my payment is declined, rejected, or bounces?

For starters, we will always notify you if a payment you sent through our platform does not succeed. Depending on the type of payment you made, it make take some time for us to process it and thus it may not have triggered any notifications yet.

If you are aware a payment will not be successful before we are notified by our payment processor, please feel free to reach out to us at support@usepigeon.io to let us know.

If you believe you have not received a deposit you were expecting to receive, please let us know about your concern as well.
