There are typically two ways to lose access to your account:
- Forgotten Password
- Account Is In Violation of Our Terms of Service & Restricted
If you've simply forgot the password to your account, feel free to navigate to the Login page and reset your password at any time. You will have to verify your email address once again, so make sure you look out for any verification codes we send your way.
If you cannot access your account for any other reason aside from a forgotten password, then your account has more than likely been restricted due to a Terms of Service violation.
