Thank you for using the Pigeon app by Pigeon Loans, Inc. (“Pigeon”). We strive to provide a seamless and user-friendly experience for managing peer-to-peer loans. Please take a moment to review our Returns & Cancellations Policy, which outlines our guidelines for returns, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Cancellation of Transactions

1.1. Loan Transactions

Pigeon is a platform that facilitates peer-to-peer loans among users. Once a loan transaction is initiated and funds have been transferred, it cannot be canceled or refunded through the Pigeon app, except under certain specific conditions outlined in the Pigeon FAQ titled “How do I cancel an outgoing payment?” available at: https://www.usepigeon.io/help-center/faq/how-do-i-cancel-an-outgoing-payment

It is the responsibility of the parties involved in the loan to review our Terms of Service before agreeing to and initiating a loan transaction. These Terms of Service are available at https://www.usepigeon.io/topic/terms-of-service

1.2. Subscription Plans

If you have subscribed to any of our Premium offerings within the Pigeon app, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Note that both parties will need to complete the cancellation process for their loan to cancel billing for Premium loan subscription fees. Premium loan subscription fees are non-refundable, and any cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. 2. Returns and Refunds

2.1. Pigeon App Fees

Pigeon Loans, Inc. may charge fees for certain services provided through the app. These fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Terms of Service or unless required by applicable law.

2.2. Billing Disputes

If you believe that you have been charged in error or have a billing dispute, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the transaction date for resolution.
