Having an active account means you can send or receive bank or card transactions natively in our app and have completed the below steps:
- You have successfully signed up to use our platform.
- You have successfully completed our step-by-step activation flow and linked your financial accounts to Pigeon.
When you first create your Pigeon account, you will see the Activate Account panel on your Profile. After you click Activate Account, we will walk you through various steps to verify your identity and add any payment information you want to our platform.
If there are ever any errors with validating, adding, or activating your account, you will see an alert on your Profile prompting you to take action to fix these problems.
